   there is no excuse to cheat in CS.. unless you count mommy and daddy not giving you enough attention, or you get picked on in school, or you grew up and hoped for some kind of power in your career but didn’t get it so you look else where..

   People who cheat in online multiplayer games should die for ruining other peoples good times and hard earned money they spent on games. If you have to download your skills aparently this isn’t the game for you. UNINSTALL!
